A conditional pre-order means you pay for your selected supplements immediately upon ordering. However, your order is only finalized and shipped once our collective group buy reaches the minimum goal of 50 units across all participating members.
What happens if the goal isn't met?
If our collective goal of 50 units is not reached by the campaign deadline, we will cancel the consolidated order with the vendor. In this case, you will receive a full refund for your individual pre-order payment.
How do I track my order status?
You can monitor the progress of your specific campaign and the fulfillment status of your order through your private 'My Orders' dashboard. This dashboard provides real-time updates on whether your order has been shipped or completed.
